Class Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Non-Refundable Policy:
All classes purchased are considered non-refundable.
Group Class Cancellation Policy:
 * 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: For group classes, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required prior to the start of the class.
 * Exceptions: If you are unable to provide the 24-hour notice due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer support team via email at [Your Email Address of Purchase] as soon as possible.
 * Approval Process:

   * Upon approval, you will be eligible to exchange your booking for another class within the next 30 days.
Exchange Policy:
